• Planned and design luxury kitchens, bathrooms and closets for private residences and multi-unit condominiums. Executed and assembled accurate pricing spreadsheets and specification booklets for estimates and contract packages.  
• Responsible for the maintenance of company website and social media sites including regular updates to company portfolio, blog, facebook, Houzz, and Pinterest accounts. 
• Responsible for maintaining contact with product vendors, establishing accounts, verifying pricing, processing and tracking orders, authorizing payments, coordinating deliveries and resolving any related issues. 
•Utilized SketchUp, Podium Rendering software, 2020, and AutoCAD to produce 3D renderings and precise construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules.

• Helped to start up a Watersports program for an exclusive waterfront community, River Dunes, catering to their year round and seasonal residents offering sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, American Sailing Association lessons and boat concierge service.

• Scheduled class courses, communicated with clients / potential clients, created charter contracts and sent out class teaching materials.  
• Responsible for coordinating with American Sailing Association on class standards, developing price ranges and services offered, and organizing an advertisement booth at yearly boat shows in MD and FL. 
• Created and maintained company website, blog, and social media accounts including Facebook and Instagram. 
• Responsible for keeping track of the company budget, managing revenue, advertising, managing customer reviews/experiences.

Licensed Sailboat Charter Captain, Island Dreamer Sailing School 

Miami, FL - 2012 to 2016

• Certified couples, families and individuals through the American Sailing Associations standard courses teaching skills in yacht maintenance, navigation, docking , basic small boat sailing skills, overnight navigation, coastal sailing, and bareboat chartering techniques on board 41' - 45' vessels. 
• Responsible for client experiences on up to 14 day private live-aboard charters, with duties ranging from client outreach, trip planning, sailing instruction, food provisioning, and vessel maintenance. 
• Taught sailing classes in Biscayne Bay, Upper / Middle Florida Keys, Greek Islands, and off the coast of Southeastern US.  
• Photographed as the model throughout the new (2014) ASA Bareboat 104 book as one of their sailing instructors.

Islamorada, FL - 2011 to 2013

• Responsible for ensuring quality control for the sailing program. Served as department head and supervised 50 college aged staff members, conducted crew check-ins, inspected program equipment for proper use and repair.  
• Trained staff members in teaching sailing techniques and safety procedures / maneuvers. • Operated and Maintained a fleet of sailboats and outboard driven vessels ranging from 17' to 26'.

• Created photorealistic spatial photos for schematic processes and pre construction / bid purposes remotely using Sketch Up, Podium Rendering Software, and Adobe CS4 Suite. • Designed furniture arrangements following ADA and building code standards
